DV And Medical
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CBT performance have to download their e-call letter from the official website for DV date, reporting time and instructions. After completion of DV, candidates will be sent for medical examination at nominated Railway Hospitals located in the jurisdiction of RRBs on the next day, which may involve travel from the RRB to the hospital city. Candidates should come prepared to stay for more than 3 to 4 days and bring original certificates; absence at DV or medical examination will lead to forfeiture of candidature. Medical examination will be carried out by Railway Hospital or Health Unit on payment of prescribed medical fee of Rs 24 only, with no other charges except for investigations not available at the hospital which may require payment to the concerned laboratory or hospital.
